HIP technology is widely used in aerospace, cutting tools, dies, and so on. To some extent, the alloy elements can be arbitrarily added, and are not limited by the traditional process of casting, forging, etc.. Product consistency is perfect, so there is no segregation and other shortage. The tensile strength and toughness are significantly higher than any other traditional process. Excellent wear resistance, high strength, high hardness that means the best cost-effective for SBQ rolling whihc is and ideal substitute for roll ring material, especially the tungsten carbide.
