INTRODUCE：

The sizing stands of Stretch and Reducing Block defines the sueface quality and outer diameter of tube that should be guarantted by high friction resistance rolls. Based on the requirement we developped hi-alloy nordular cast iron for the finishing rolls. We improved conventional nordular cast iron process by means of appending alloy to get fine grain and high hardness. meanwhile, we optimized the metallugical process and centrifuge casting process thus the function of the roll improved a lot as well as the cost controlled in lower level.
